Established Healthcare Providers Service (EHPS)

  1. Preparation of AMP’s (Annual Marketing Plan), which shall contain – a projection of gross revenues with break-ups service wise and an estimate of the marketing expenses that includes the various program elements with estimates
  2. Hospital finance management including – activity based costing, Pricing of various medical services and service products.
  3. Formulate communication strategies that help in brand identity building and positioning.
  4. Develop and implement performance review mechanisms and Management Information System (“MIS”)
  5. Design and implement training programs to enhance customer service and Customer Relationship Management. (CRM)
  6. Standardization of hospital stationary, brochures and literatures
  7. External, Internal and interactive communication programs
  8. Event planning and management, corporate communication, PR and media management.
